You can see, quite clearly here, how the wings were cut off to allow transportation on the barge.  When the wings are re-attached, the 3mm gap cut away by the diamond saw will be replaced by a 3mm filler to ensure Concorde still has the correct dimensions.  The join should be almost invisible.
